Simply Pho House + Simply Ramen & Gyoza

Family-owned Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants · Bee Cave, Cedar Park, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs

Two neighborhood restaurants doubled their following and packed a first-anniversary party.

Both restaurants needed nearby diners to find them, follow them and come in. Since January 2026 we have run their social media end to end, with small monthly ad campaigns, and promoted the Cedar Park location from its soft launch to its first-anniversary celebration.

How we measured. Meta Graph API and Ads Manager, pulled October 12 to 13, 2026. Reach is the sum of each restaurant's unique reach; some people saw ads from both. Facebook followers measured January 2 and October 12. *Instagram January counts are estimates (the July 7 count minus net follows from Meta Business Suite); July and October counts are measured. Neither restaurant has a Meta pixel installed, so we report reach, followers, clicks and RSVPs, not sales.

Content we create and publish on their Instagram and Facebook.

Every post has a job: spotlight a dish, fill a slow lunch hour, promote an event or borrow trust from a happy guest. Reels reach people who do not follow the restaurant yet.

From an outdated, static website to a modern one built to raise donations.

The old site was hard to update and confusing to give through: donors faced six separate PayPal buttons, Zelle and check instructions, and two different mailing addresses. We replaced it with a modern, bilingual website designed around one goal: make it easy to give, and easy to keep giving.

More donors, more monthly givers, more sponsors

The board wanted a site that tells the mission clearly, earns trust at a glance and turns a visit into a gift, for both its English and Vietnamese communities.

Live, taking real donations, and owned by the nonprofit

The new site went live at openeyesbb.org on September 26, 2026, with live card payments the same day. Hosting sits in the nonprofit's own account, so the board owns its platform outright.

    • AdvancedDonor portalMonthly donors update or cancel their own gifts, no emails to volunteers.
    • AdvancedPlanned and complex givingPages for donor-advised funds, stock, IRAs and employer matching.
    • AdvancedFundraiser sign-upSupporters sign up to raise money for the mission on their own.
    • AdvancedSponsor-a-StudentSponsorship pages plus an online scholarship application.
    • AdvancedReferral workflowTeachers and guardians refer students in need straight to the team.
    • AdvancedAdmin portalA private dashboard where volunteers track requests and get alerts.

Also included: one donate page with one-time or monthly gifts, fee cover and tribute gifts; every page in English and Vietnamese; events, gallery, board and 2026 sponsor pages.

What we will measure next. The site has been live for a few weeks, too early for an honest read on donations. We will report online gifts, monthly donors and sponsorship applications once a full quarter of data is in.

    1618 Asian Fusion

Full-service Asian fusion restaurant and bar · East Riverside, Austin

Teaching an Austin restaurant to run its own Meta ads.

1618 wanted to keep advertising in-house. Our audit found no Meta pixel and no conversion tracking on their website, so we designed a five-session program around what they actually had: a POS full of real guests and a team ready to learn.

    • The ecosystem. How Meta's ad system finds customers.
    • Campaign setup. The auction, objectives and a teardown of their live ads.
    • Audiences. Customer lists from the POS: all, recent, high-value and lapsed guests, plus lookalikes.
    • Creative. Reels, carousels and offers that give people a reason to come in.
    • Measurement. Goals by stage, A/B testing and lift tests.

One rewrite from the live-ad teardown: "attractive discounts" became "Cocktails from $7, 4 to 6 PM, Monday to Thursday."

What this case shows. This was a training engagement, so we make no performance claims for the team's campaigns. What we delivered is capability: a team that can build audiences, brief creative and read results without an agency.
